APRIL 2010- APRIL 8, 15, 22 THURSDAYS: 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.MAY 13, 20, 27 THURSDAYS: 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
JUNE 10, 17, 24 THURSDAYS: 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
The 9 hour program meets HUD guidelines and aids consumers in preparing for mortgage loan financing and the home buying process.
Class Description: Advanced & vigorous training in homebuying and mortgage readiness. Designed to prepare consumers for obtaining mortgage to purchase and comprehensive home buyer training.
Helpful for homeowners needing to refinance. Focus on Emerging Markets and consumers with difficult financial histories, consumers recovering from bankruptcy, foreclosure, divorce, financial hardships. Great for all levels of consumers. These classes meet lender requirements for home buyer education.
You must complete 9 hours of homebuyer education to receive a certificate.
